What is your return or exchange policy?
Due to the discounted prices we offer at this time we do not offer returns or exchanges. We will gladly return if an item is defective, but must be notified within 3 days, and the item must be returned unworn and unwashed in the original package. We do require the item sent back prior to us sending a replacement and must be mailed back within 3 days.
Do you accept orders outside of the USA?
We sure do! Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer free shipping for international order though.
How long will it take to receiver my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
What if I received an email saying my item shipped but I have not received it?
Please be sure the shipping address is entered correctly. PEARLS AND PIGGYTAILS will not be responsible for any unclaimed or lost packages. Once item has been shipped, it is now responsibility of the shipping company for delivery. Any inquires about delivery date, shipment time, ect should be directed to the shipping company.
We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect yourself in case of damage during shipping or your package gets lost. If you decide to not purchase insurance and your item is lost or damaged by USPS we are not responsible, nor can we offer a refund.
When will my item ship?
If you have purchased an in stock item it will ship within 7-10 business days. If you have purchased a preorder item please see the description for more details but please be aware all preorders are subject to change
All pre-order items differ is shipping times. Exact shipping time will vary based on order volume. Shipping can take as little as 2 weeks or as many as 7 weeks the standard expectation for a pre-order is 4-6 weeks.
