Shipping & Return Policy

What is your return or exchange policy?

Due to the discounted prices we offer we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on non-defective items. We will gladly allow return if an item is defective or damaged. We must be notified within 3 days of you receiving your package, and the item must be returned unworn and unwashed in the original package. We do require the item sent back prior to us sending a replacement and must be mailed back within 3 days.  If the replacement item is no longer available we will issue a store credit. A shipping label will be sent once pictures of the damaged has been emailed to pearlsandpiggytails@gmail.com within 3 days of you receiving the shipment per the USPS website. 

Do you accept orders outside of the USA?

We sure do! Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer free shipping for international order thought. 

How long will it take to receiver my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

What if I received an email saying my item shipped but I have not received it?

Please be sure the shipping address is entered correctly. PEARLS AND PIGGYTAILS will not be responsible for any unclaimed or lost packages. Once item has been shipped, it is now responsibility of the shipping company for delivery. Any inquires about delivery date, shipment time, ect should be directed to the shipping company.
We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect yourself in case of damage during shipping or your package gets lost. If you decide to not purchase insurance and your item is lost or damaged by USPS we are not responsible, nor can we offer a refund.
